DevEx Team Service Level Agreement#
Our team follows the IT Service Management Incident Process.
- General: Response within 4 hours during business hours
- For off-hour major incidents, our on-call member can be reached by email:

Because GitHub Enterprise Cloud is a subscription as a service, DevEx is limited in directly resolving major incidents or service degradations, but is fully invested in the triage and coordination of incidents.
