User management#

The Devex team provisions organizations in the University of Minnesota github.com Enterprise based on CESI/ITAC unit membership; Organization owners can manage their users in Grouper following the instructions on the User Access Management page.

Devex Team Service Level Agreement#

Our team follows the IT Service Management Incident Process.

  • Major Incident: Response within 1/2 hour during Business Hours and 1hr outside Business Hours.
  • General: Response within half day.
  • Business Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Because GitHub Enterprise Cloud is a subscription as a service, Devex is limited in directly resolving major incidents or service degradations, but is fully invested in the triage and coordination of incidents.
